§ 92.03 TRAFFIC AND PARKING CONTROL.
   (A)   The maximum speed limit on roads in the city park shall be 20 mph and shall be so sign-posted.
   (B)   The Council shall approve and direct the erection and maintenance of the devices, signs or signals as are deemed appropriate for traffic and parking control within the city park.
