§ 91.26 ADDITIONAL REMEDIES.
The provision of this subchapter shall not be the exclusive remedy for abating nuisances, but the city may proceed as the city deems appropriate by seeking an injunction or other order from a court of competent jurisdiction requiring abatement, or under any other applicable statutory or city code provision, or under applicable common law. The filing of criminal charges shall not prohibit, void or nullify any abatement proceedings or alter any other remedy available to the city, nor shall the commencement or completing of abatement proceedings prohibit the filing of criminal charges or conviction thereof.
