The City Administrator or his or her designees shall enforce the provisions relating to nuisances affecting public health, peace and safety. The law enforcement officials shall enforce provisions relating to nuisances affecting morals and decency and shall assist the City Administrator or his or her designees in the enforcement of health, peace, safety and other nuisances. The officers shall have the power to inspect private premises and take all reasonable precautions to prevent the commission and maintenance of public nuisances.
