§ 90.22 REVOCATION OF LICENSES.
   (A)   The City Council may revoke any license if the owner refuses or fails to comply with the provisions of city code and regulations promulgated by the city or any other law governing the keeping and protection of animals.
   (B)   If the owner is shown to have withheld or falsified any material information on the application for a license or other information requested by the city, it shall result in the immediate revocation of the license by the City Administrator. The giving of false information on an application shall, in addition, be grounds for refusing to issue the license by the city.
   (C)   It shall be a condition of issuance of any license that the city shall be permitted to inspect the dog and the premises where the dog is kept at any reasonable time during normal business hours for purposes of assuring that the provisions of the city code and other laws governing the keeping and protection of animals are being obeyed and complied with.
