§ 73.11 YOUTHFUL SNOWMOBILE OPERATORS.
   Notwithstanding anything in § 73.02 of this chapter to the contrary, it is unlawful for any person under 14 years of age to operate a snowmobile upon any public street or highway within the limits of the city.
