§ 73.09 PROHIBITED IN AREA DANGEROUS TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY.

It is unlawful for any person to operate a snowmobile within 100 feet of any skating rink or sliding area, or in any other areas where the operation would conflict with the use thereof by others or endanger the person or property of others.
