§ 72.19 COURTESY PARKING.

The Council is hereby authorized, by resolution, to waive hours of parking limitations herein stated upon an application duly filed on any day and to any particular group; provided that, members of the group shall have displayed in their motor vehicles a “courtesy parking” sticker, card or other similar designation.
