§ 72.17 VEHICLE REPAIR ON STREET.
   It is unlawful for any person to service, repair, assemble or dismantle any vehicle parked upon a street, or attempt to do so, except to service the vehicle by adding gasoline or oil or to provide emergency repairs thereon.
