§ 56.07 PAYMENT OF CHARGE AND TAX LIEN.
Storm water utility bills shall be paid in conjunction with other municipal utility charges and in accordance with the provisions of the City Charter and this chapter. Notwithstanding any other provision of city code, storm water drainage fees are specifically found to benefit the property so billed and served and shall constitute a lien thereon until paid. Past due fees may be certified to the County Auditor for collection with the real estate taxes in the following year pursuant to the City Charter and M.S. §444.075, subd. 3, as it may be amended from time to time.
