§ 54.07 BURYING GARBAGE; COMPOSTING.
   No person shall bury any garbage within the city, except in an approved sanitary landfill; but leaves, grass clippings and easily biodegradable, non-poisonous garbage may be composted on the premises where the garbage has been accumulated.
