All garbage shall be stored in containers provided by the city with a maximum capacity of 60 gallons and not exceeding total weight of 65 pounds with the lid closed. The container must be moved to the curb and face the street in order to be picked up on the scheduled day. The container must not be blocked by a vehicle/mailbox or other obstacle. The container must not have garbage items packed in so tight that the material will not come out. The garbage container must not include any grass, leaves, recyclable items, hazardous waste or other non-garbage items.
