§ 154.99 PENALTY.
   Any person found guilty of violating any lawful order of an enforcing official or violating the subdivision regulations, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, be subject to a fine of not less than $25, nor more than $500, or confinement in the County Jail for not more than 60 days, or both. Each day a violation exists shall, in the discretion of the court, be considered a separate offense.
