The Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, as codified in KRS 383.505 through 383.705, enacted in 1984 and as amended, is hereby adopted and made applicable to all properties located within the territorial limits of the city. A copy of the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act is attached to Ord. 1987-7, is made a part of the permanent records of the city and is made a part of this code of ordinances by reference, the same as if set out in full herein.
