(A) Any person violating the provisions of this chapter may be cited for a violation of the city Nuisance Code, and fined up to $100 per day for the violation of such provision; or, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $10 and not more than $500 for such misdemeanor charge.
(B) Each day that the violation of this chapter continues shall be a separate and distinct offense and punishable as such.
