1109.05 APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF THE PRELIMINARY DRAWING.

An application in writing for the approval of the preliminary drawing, together with five (5) copies of the preliminary drawing and the supplementary information specified in Sections 1109.06 and 1109.08, inclusive, shall be submitted to the Village Planning Commission at least four (4) weeks prior to the meeting of the Planning Commission at which action is desired.
