1109.03 PRELIMINARY DRAWING REQUIRED.

After the preapplication stage, the subdivider shall submit a preliminary drawing of the proposed subdivision which shall conform with the requirements set forth in Sections 1109.04 to 1109.12, inclusive. The preliminary drawing shall be prepared by a qualified registered engineer or surveyor. (Ord. 574. Passed 5-21-97.)
