The hours of operation of the Village Parks and the rules with respect to trespassing and park vehicles, and other motor vehicles shall be set forth on signage to be posted in the Village Parks and to read as follows:
VILLAGE PARKS ARE OPEN ONE-HALF (½) HOUR AFTER SUNRISE UNTIL ONE-HALF (½) HOUR AFTER SUNSET. 1. No person is permitted to remain or park within the Park after closing without prior approval from the Village of Luckey or in case of emergency. 2. Operation of snowmobiles, all-purpose vehicles (APVs), or any other nonregistered motor vehicles including, but not limited to mini-bikes, go-carts, swamp buggies is strictly prohibited within the Park. |
