953.02 VEHICLE OPERATION.

No person shall operate snowmobiles, all-purpose vehicles or other non-registered motor vehicles including, but not limited to go-carts, mini-bikes, swamp-buggies, within the confines of the Village Parks without prior authorization from Council.
