(a) The Village Parks shall be open to the public from one-half (½) hour after sunrise until one-half hour (½) hour after sunset each day.
(b) No person shall be within the confines of the Village Parks outside of the prescribed open hours without the prior authorization of Council. Violators shall be subject to citation for criminal trespassing.
