Any license issued hereunder may be revoked at any time should the person to whom it is issued be guilty of violating any State law or any provisions of this chapter or of any fraud, misrepresentation, or unlawful act in connection with his business, or otherwise, or is found to be a person not fit to be engaged in such business.
