505.15 CERTAIN ANIMALS PROHIBITED.

(a) No person, firm or corporation shall harbor, board, stable, keep, pasture or graze anywhere within the Municipal limits, cattle, horses, oxen, sheep, goats, hogs, geese, ducks, turkeys, or chickens.

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense, and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for a second or subsequent offense.
