(a) In order to permit removal of snow from Village streets and alleys, all motor vehicles parked on streets or alleys within the Village of Luckey shall be removed by the owner thereof within the first four (4) hours after a snowfall in excess of two (2) inches, except that if such snowfall occurs during the night, all motor vehicles so parked shall be removed within the first four (4) hours after daybreak following such snowfall. After such snowfall, no motor vehicle shall thereafter be parked on a street or alley which has not been cleared of snow, until the street or alley has been so cleared.
(b) Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
