133.04 ASSISTANT FISCAL OFFICER.
   (a)   The position of Assistant Fiscal Officer is hereby created.
   (b)   The Assistant Fiscal Officer shall fulfill all of the duties and obligations incumbent of that office at the direction and under the supervision of the Village Fiscal Officer, and as otherwise required by law or rule. (Ord. 832. Passed 12-21-22.)
