(a) In addition to any other fees imposed, the permit fee for a permit issued hereunder for auguring, driving, boring, jacking, or tunneling without disturbing the pavement or paved shoulder shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(b) In addition to any other fees imposed, the permit fee for a permit issued hereunder which includes the trenching or cutting of the roadway shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
