1149.06 “E" INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
   (a)   All commercial establishments and activities not permitted in "D" Commercial Districts shall be conditional uses in an "E" Industrial District.
   (b)   Agricultural uses may be permitted in a "E Industrial" District as a conditional use, requiring prior approval from the Zoning Board of Appeals.
