In all Use Districts, a zoning permit shall be required to construct an outdoor wood furnace. When applying for a zoning permit, the applicant shall provide the following:
(a) Name of property owner(s), address(es), and parcel number(s).
(b) A site plan including maps (drawn to scale) showing the proposed location of the Outdoor Wood Furnace, property lines, setback distances, the principal building, proposed stack height, and neighboring structures, as applicable.
(c) Documented compliance with the Ohio EPA OWHH Phase 2 Program.
(d) Other relevant information as may be reasonably requested.
(e) Signature of the applicant.
