1179.12 PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS.

The Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a public hearing within twenty days after the receipt of an application for conditional use, an appeal, yard fence permit, or variance from the Zoning Inspector or an applicant.
