1179.05 PROCEDURE AND REQUIREMENTS FOR APPEALS, VARIANCES, AND APPLICATIONF FOR CONDITIONAL USES.

Appeals, variances and applications for conditional uses shall conform to the procedures and requirements of this Ordinance. As specified in this Ordinance, the Board of Zoning Appeals has appellate jurisdiction relative to appeals and variances.
