(a) In order to regulate and district the location of trades and industries and the location of buildings erected or altered for specified uses, the Village of Luckey is hereby divided into "Use Districts" of which there shall be five, known as:
"A" Residence District
"B" Residence District
"C" Agricultural District
"D" Commercial District
"E" Industrial District
(b) The boundaries of such districts are shown upon the map attached hereto and made a part of the Ordinance, being designated as the "Use District Map." Said map and all notations, references and other matters and things shown thereon shall be as much a part of this Ordinance as is the matters and things set forth by said map were fully described herein.
(c) Except as herein before provided, no building shall be erected or structurally altered, nor shall any building or premises be used for any other purposes other than is permitted in the Use District in which such building or premises is located, as set forth below:
