1117.07 PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER SERVICE.

Public sanitary sewer service shall be provided for each lot in the subdivision by the subdivider. All sanitary sewer design and construction shall be in accordance with the current standards as set forth by the Ohio EPA and the Village.
