1113.06 SPECIAL DEVELOPMENTS.

The Planning Commission will consider plats designed for special development of rental units or new concepts of solar orientation or other methods of platting with modification or adjustment of these subdivision requirements, providing that such plats are self-contained and do not encroach unfavorably on or interfere with the normal development of abutting properties.
