Before the Planning Commission shall approve the final plat, the subdivider shall be required to accompany the final plat with a fee to cover the expenses of the Planning Commission that were incurred in engineering and legal fees for reviews related to the plat. Such fee shall be paid to the Village and shall be computed according to the fee schedule as determined from time to time by Council.
