It shall be the duty of the Building Inspector to administer and enforce the provisions of these regulations. The Building Inspector shall consult with the Village Engineer for technical assistance in the administration and enforcement of these regulations. The Solicitor shall, immediately upon determining that a violation of these regulations having been called to his attention, institute appropriate legal action.
