541.09 INJURY TO PARK PROPERTY.

(a) No person shall injure or deface any tree or the protection thereof, or any fountain, flower, vase, bush, shrub or any improvement or ornament upon any public ground in Lowellville Park.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
