(a) No owner, lessee, agent or tenant having charge of any lots or lands within the Village shall permit any brush, burs, vines, Russian, Canadian or common thistle, wild lettuce, wild parsnips, rag weed, milk weed, wild onion, quack grass, dodders, plantain, wild carrot, oxeyedaisy, corn cockle, docks, chicory or any noxious weeds to grow or mature and seed upon such lots or lands.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day such weeds are allowed to remain uncut, after notice to remove same has been served, shall constitute a separate offense.
