509.08  MINOR'S CURFEW.
   (a)   Curfew Hours.  No child under eighteen years of age shall be upon the streets and sidewalks of the Village between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following morning on a school day and 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. on non-school days.

   (b)   Parents and Guardians to Comply.  No parent or guardian of any child under eighteen years of age shall allow such child on the streets or sidewalks of the Village between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following morning.
   (c)   Exceptions.  However, the provisions of this section do not apply to a minor accompanied by his parents, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor, or where the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor.
   (d)   Violations.  Any minor violating the provisions of this section shall be dealt with in accordance with Juvenile Court law and procedure.  Any other person violating this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
