There is hereby created a fire lane on the river side of the Falcon Foundry Company's property and on Village property now being used by the Village Sewage Treatment Plant for the purpose of enabling the Village Fire Department to combat any fire that may arise out of property now owned by the Falcon Foundry Company in the Village. Such fire lane shall be eleven feet in width. If the entrance to such fire lane is locked, the Fire Department shall be furnished with a key for the opening of any front or rear gate for access to such fire lane. No person shall park any vehicle in or obstruct such fire lane.
