No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any street, alley or public ground within the Village for a period in excess of forty-eight consecutive hours. Any vehicle so parked in violation hereof shall be deemed abandoned and may be impounded and sold, subject to the applicable provisions of Ohio R.C. 737.32 et seq., or 4513.62 et seq.
