(a) No person shall keep or maintain more than four total domesticated animals permitted to be kept by the ordinances of the Village of Lowellville, be there in a single species of domesticated animal or a combination thereof on a single parcel of land.
(b) The foregoing provisions shall not be extended to any domesticated fish or fowl or other animal permitted to be kept by the ordinances of the Village of Lowellville that is kept exclusively in a self-contained cage or aquarium.
(c) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the 4th degree.
