155.08  HOLIDAYS.
   This section shall not be application to the following positions: Janitorial employees and part-time employees in the Street Department; Utility man and part-time maintenance employees in the Sewage Department; part-time Policeman and Auxiliary Policeman; or, Secretaries and all other part-time positions.
   (a)   Holidays shall be the following: New Years Day; Memorial Day; Fourth of July; Labor Day; Thanksgiving; Christmas Day; and Martin Luther King Day.
   (b)   In the event it becomes necessary to determine or compute the best hourly rate of any employee whose basic hourly rate is not specified above, the following formula shall be used: The annual salary of said employee shall be divided by 2080 hours.
   (c)   Any full time members of the Police Department, Street Department or Sewage Department who works on any holiday shall be paid at the rate of his basic hourly rate plus one and one-half times his or her basic rate for the hours worked on such holiday, but in no event shall the full-time member of the Police Department, Street Department or Sewage Department be paid holiday pay for more than one eight hour shift on any holiday.
   (d)   Any employee who does not work his regular schedule the day before and the day after a holiday, unless for just cause shall be not be paid for the holiday.  Any employee who is not scheduled to work on a designated holiday shall be paid his regular pay for the day.
