155.07 VACATIONS.
   This vacation provision shall not be applicable to the following positions: Part-Time policeman, Auxiliary policeman, janitorial employees or part time employees in the Street Department, Utility man or part time employees in the sewage department, secretaries, Fire Chief, Assistant fire chief, volunteer firemen, zoning and building inspector, tax commissioner, mini bus driver and clerk and any and all other part time positions.
   (a)   Two (2) weeks vacation with pay after rendering one (1) year of service.
   (b)   Three (3) weeks vacation with pay for those who have worked for a period of three (3) years.
   (c)   Four (4) weeks vacations with pay for those who have worked for a period of nine (9) years.
   (d)   Five (5) weeks vacations with pay for those who have worked for a period of fifteen (15) years or more.
   (e)   After twenty (20) years of service, one (1) day will be added per year thereafter, but not to exceed six (6) weeks.
   Furthermore, anyone who is entitled to a vacation under the provisions of this ordinance shall not be permitted to work during said vacation period. It is further provided that vacation leave shall not be accumulative, and all employees must take their vacations.
