Regular full-time members of the Sewage Department shall not be required to work more than forty hours in any one week except in cases of extraordinary emergencies caused by fire, flood, snow or similar emergency conditions. Anything in excess of forty hours per week and holidays worked shall be compensated by time off with the approval of the Village Administrator. The amount of time off accumulated in each calendar year may be used in the subsequent year.
