Each permanent regular member of the Police Department shall be entitled to a police clothing allowance of three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) per year. One hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) shall be allowed for a part-time police officer’s, being paid wages for 165 hours, clothing allowance.
All sales slips pertaining to a police officer's clothing allowance shall be submitted to the Clerk-Treasurer, and any unused clothing allowance shall not be accumulative.
