151.05 OPERATING SUPPLIES; LEGAL ADVISER.

(a) The members of the Volunteer Firemen's Dependents Fund Board shall serve without compensation. The Village shall provide the necessary meeting place, stationery, postage and supplies for the efficient conduct of their business.

(b) The legal adviser for the Volunteer Firemen's Dependents Fund Board is the prosecuting attorney of the County.
