149.05  DUTIES; REMOVAL OF MEMBERS.
   (a)   The Lowellville Fire Department shall protect the lives and property of the residents in the Village, and shall perform such other duties not inconsistent with State law as the Fire Chief shall prescribe, or as the Mayor shall order.
   (b)   The Fire Chief shall be responsible for keeping all fire-fighting equipment in good order.  The Fire Chief shall call a meeting and a fire drill at least once a month, and have all members of the Department instructed in the operation and maintenance of the fire trucks and its equipment.  (Ord. 1125.  Passed 2-26-63.)
   (c)   Any member of the Department who fails to attend at least one fire drill per month, may be removed for cause  from the Department.
