(a) An application for Occupancy Permit required by the provisions of this Code shall be made to the Zoning Inspector.
(1) Single Family Dwelling: Continuous until change of tenant.
(2) Multiple Dwellings: Continuous until change of tenant.
(3) Change of Occupant: New permit required.
(4) Public Housing of any dwellings, dwelling units, rooming units and premises subject to annual inspection pursuant to Federal and/or State regulations: No permit required.
(b) It shall be unlawful for the owner of any property or premises designated for or intended to be rented or let to rent or let said property or any part thereof unless the owner or his Agent thereof holds an Occupancy Permit issued by the Zoning Inspector for such structure, which Permit has not expired, been revoked, or otherwise null and void.
