(a) “Residential rental property” means any dwelling, dwelling unit, rooming unit or premises located in the Village of Lowellville, for the purpose of rent or lease by the owner or his/her agent. Also any dwelling, dwelling unit, rooming unit or premises not occupied by the owner.
(b) “Multiple dwelling unit” means any dwelling, dwelling unit, rooming unit or premises in a building housing any two or more units.
