149.02 COMPOSITION, ORGANIZATION AND QUALIFICATIONS.

The Fire Department of the Village shall consist of one Fire Chief, one Assistant Fire Chief, two Battalion Chiefs, two Captains and volunteer firefighters, each of whom shall be able bodied, of sound mind and judgment and not less than eighteen nor more than fifty years of age at the time of initial appointment.
