147.03 AGE OF ORIGINAL APPOINTEES.

No person shall be appointed as a permanent member of the Police Department unless he has reached the age of twenty one years and no person shall be eligible to receive an appointment as a permanent member of Police Department on and after his sixty-fifth birthday.
