145.03 TO ACT AS PLATTING COMMISSION.

The Planning Commission shall be the Platting Commission of the Village and all the powers and duties provided by law for platting commission or platting commissioner shall upon the appointment of this Commission, be deemed, transferred to and lodged in the Village Planning Commission.
